Caught between the consequences of climate change and breathtaking nature, Fijian conservation leaders teach me how to save their home.

Over the course of 10 weeks, they open their world to me: across breathtaking reefs, between wandering sharks, mantas and through thick mangroves. All the while, we slowly close in on the scars of a tragedy, that the man-made climate change brought to Fiji 10 years ago.

This 4-parts series is what I brought home. It is my attempt to show, through their eyes, why the people who lead conservation should be the ones who call a place home.
