Mondo Leone
Filmmaker, musician, but above all a born storyteller, Leon Giesen has a unique ability to ponder things that most people completely overlook, quite justifiably at first glance. He, on the other hand, sets out to investigate and uncovers the most wonderful things. He shares these in Mondo Leone (Leon’s World). A combination of film, music and storytelling that is as natural as it is unique.

He studied landscape architecture in Wageningen, was a member of the band Toontje Lager, and went on to become an award-winning documentary filmmaker. He still makes films, but also performs live music to complement them.
