Wageningen Wildlife Film Festival
Due to its huge success over the past two years, the Wildlife Film Festival Rotterdam will be returning to Wageningen for a third edition this year! Because let's face it, what city in the Netherlands is better suited than Wageningen for a film festival about nature? Every year, the WFFR screens the most beautiful and impactful films about nature, from home and abroad. During the Wageningen Wildlife Film Festival '25, you can enjoy the best and most talked-about films from the programme of the Wildlife Film Festival Rotterdam '25.

Nature documentaries are relatively rare in cinemas. That is why an entire festival dedicated to nature films is all the more special. Most of the films are not subtitled in Dutch but in English. Visum Mundi is hosting the festival in November with a series of 21 documentaries under the title Wageningen Wildlife. Effectively a satellite festival of the Wildlife Film Festival Rotterdam, which will take place the week before.
We will be screening as many as 21 different documentaries, films with Q&As, introductions to the films and combined screenings with additional short-features at Visum Mundi. Wageningen Wildlife will take place from Wednesday 12 to Sunday 16 November 2025 at Visum Mundi. Five whole days of the best nature documentaries.
